1. What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run AgencyWorks:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or purchase a template, we collect your email so we can send you access links, product updates, and support replies.
• Purchase information — order details (product purchased, amount, date) associated with your email, so we can honor refunds and provide support.
• Product analytics — we use PostHog to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, waitlist signups, checkout starts). This helps us fix broken flows and prioritize what to build next. We do not use this data to track you across other websites.

2. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. AgencyWorks never sees or stores your full payment card details — those are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

3. Your clients' data

AgencyWorks templates run entirely inside Looker Studio, connected directly to your own Google accounts (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads). None of your clients' underlying analytics or advertising data ever passes through or is stored on AgencyWorks servers — we sell you a report design, not a data pipeline.

4. How we use your information

• To deliver template access links and the Onboarding Kit
• To send order confirmations, support replies, and refund updates
• To send occasional product updates or beta invitations, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the product

We never sell your email address or personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your email and order history for as long as your account or purchase history is relevant to providing support, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@agencyworks.dev. You can also unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. AgencyWorks is operated by an individual as a sole proprietorship, who acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Payments and related billing information are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record, which collects and remits applicable VAT and sales tax and processes your payment data on our behalf. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the statutory data protection rights available to you under EU/UK law, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
